[   ] 1. Application form completed and signed. (may be scanned and sent by email or sent via mail)  Application form here

 

[ ] 2. Personal Introduction Video (uploaded to YouTube and working link sent by email to registrar@shiftcollege.com) In your P.I.V., please share with us a little of who you are, hobbies, interests, testimony, etc.… 5-8min max.

 

[   ] 3. Two Audio Prayer Clips (Can be recorded on your phone and emailed to registrar@shiftcollege.com) Each audio clip must be less than 3minutes long. First prayer clip must be a recording of you praying for your church. The second audio clip must be a recording of you praying for a family member.

 

[   ] 4. The “Why” Essay (no more than a page typed double-spaced) Please share with us why you are interested in learning through SCI and why you are a great fit for enrollment in SHIFT College of Intercession.

 

[   ] 5. The App Fee (If Canadian, you may send a cheque for the $147CAD, if you are an applicant from outside Canada you may request an invoice form where you may pay the $140USD via Square or credit card.) Also if Canadian you may use an email transfer to pay.  The application fee will not be processed if you are not accepted. Acceptance:

  1. We will contact you to let you know we have received your application.  There may be a Skype interview if there are any questions regarding your application details.
  2. We will generally notify you of your acceptance or denial within thirty days of your application.
  3. Accepted applicants will receive further instructions regarding the procedures needed to begin the introductory course “Introduction to Intercession” with its modular components.
